Delivery and Returns information

Delivery

Most of our orders are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times vary from just a few days to 2 - 3 weeks. The orders may also arrive in stages when they are sourced from different suppliers. 

Our orders can be shipped to most of locations in Australia. Some products have delivery restrictions which will be listed in the description. 

Australia shipping rates:
- Orders under $150 - $12.50 flat freight delivery 
- Orders over $150 - free freight
- Please note that for some products surcharges may apply depending on the delivery address, for such products you will be asked to select your state before your add these items to the cart

There are products that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

If you want your order to be shipped overseas, please contact us for a custom freight quote. Please note international delivery may not be possible on all products. 


Returns

Please choose carefully. Mother and Baby Shop does not accept returns or exchanges simply because you made a wrong decision or changed your mind. 

If your product is faulty, we will help you organize the return and exchange or refund. Under faulty goods we understand

- Products that are defective
- Products that got damaged without your fault
- We gave you a wrong advice and the product does not serve the purpose you were advised
- Does not match the description

In case of exchange we will ship the replacement product to you at our cost. In order to have a warranty claim approved you will usually need to supply pictures of the damage as well as a short video explaining the issue. 

You will receive a refund once our supplier has approved the return. Times of that may vary depending on the supplier, however should not exceed 1 month.
