Where do you source your products from?

We source most of our products from suppliers based in Australia. They source their products from both local and overseas manufacturers. Most of our products get shipped directly from our suppliers (drop shipped). Also, some of our brands are sourced directly by us from overseas. 

How long before my product ships to me?

Most suppliers ship their orders within 24 - 72 business hours. Depending on your location, the delivery may take just a few days or even up to 2 - 3 weeks. If you are at any stage concerned about the status of your order, please contact us to follow up. 

Are you prices negotiable?

We are open to negotiation when products are purchased in bulk. As a guide we believe we can usually do it on orders over $150 although it may not be possible on all products. In order to start negotiation e-mail sales@motherandbabyshop.com.au, let us know which products you are interested in buying and we can prepare a special package offer just for you.

Do you match competitors’ prices?

We can match competitors’ prices in many cases but we do not guarantee it. Please note that we do not match prices appearing on eBay or Gumtree.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we are a 100% online store and do not have a brick and mortar store in Australia. We are considering opening one in future. 

You say that you accept credit card payments but when I get to the checkout it takes me to Paypal website?

Yes, that's correct. From Paypal you can either pay using your Paypal account or you can select "credit card" section and it will let you pay using your Mastercard or Visa. No surcharges apply. This video shows how to pay using credit card via Paypal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPTnNtBuP-E

For some reason I cannot place my order online. What are my options?

You will need to contact us first for instructions what changes to make to your account to allow us to do it on your behalf. 

Do you ship to any location in Australia?

We are able to ship to any location in Australia however please note that certain products have restrictions on where they can be delivered to

Do you ship overseas?

Yes but it requires a special freight quote which is done on case by case basis. Please note that there are countries where we may not be able to ship to.

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, you can subscribe to it by registering on our website. Once you have logged in and access your profile page, you will see options to do it on the left and right hand side menus.

Do you have a Facebook page? Are you present on other social media?

Yes, we have a Facebook page. If you scroll to the bottom of our website, you will see Like Button. At this stage we are not present on other social media.
