We have responded to your feedback and we can officially announce that your orders can be placed over the phone. In order to do it, you will need to call us on 1300 838 174 and either create your login details or we will need to create them for you. Credit card payments over the phone are definitely possible and do not attract any surcharges.
For processing credit card payments we will still use Paypal. If you get confused at our checkout and not sure what to do, remember that you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card. It can be done. The video below shows how to do it
